Godly Strength Finder...

There's an interesting way to look at the friends that you have...

2 Types of Friends:
1) Friends that draw you CLOSER to Christ
2) Friends that don't

I have both and I LOVE them both.
However, when it comes to HARD times,
The friends that DON'T draw you closer to Christ,
Can only draw from a well of human knowledge and comfort,
But the best stuff is from the supernatural well of life to draw from called Jesus.
That's why it's SOOOOO important to be in a community with other believers that will help you grow closer to Jesus.

Jonathan was a friend that drew David CLOSER to God in a time of need.
Reminding God of His promises and faithfulness,
Jonathan encouraged and cheered him on through tough times.
He instilled confidence and courage in the Lord when fear was striking David's heart.
Jonathan was David's Godly STRENGTH FINDER.

Who is your Godly STRENGTH FINDER?
How frequently do you talk to them?
How much do you SEEK out friendship and conversations that help you FIND STRENGTH in God regularly?

Imagine this...
A close knit circle of friends that CENTER their lives around Jesus.
All their challenges and successes point back to Jesus,
When YOU have challenges or struggles,
They point you back to Jesus,
When THEY have challenges or struggles,
You point them back to Jesus,
And everyday you cover each other in pray with Jesus.
These people are your Godly STRENGTH FINDERS.

I never had that before in my life until recently,
About 4 years ago Holy Spirit gifted me with a divine connections,
2 sisters in Christ,
We began to pray and share together daily,
Popping into a video chat group 5 to 15 minutes sharing and praying,
No requirements,
Just sharing life and praying life.

"For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them."

And we've been diligently doing it EVERY day,
It's become such a part of my morning that if I don't do it,
If feels like I'm missing a limb.
It's powerful because it reminds me to do life with Jesus.
I've never met a group more centered around Jesus in my life.
I attribute a big part of my love for Jesus and spiritual growth to this group.
We inspire each other to make Jesus the center everyday.

This has even helped me focus my BUSINESS around Jesus,
To talk JESUS in my team huddles,
To talk JESUS in with clients,
To talk JESUS to prospect clients in need.

So I encourage you to ask God for a HOT HOT HOT group you can be a part of,
To walk and talk in FAITH everyday.
When Jesus sent out his disciples He sent them out in twos.
We're called the BODY of Christ for a reason,
We're supposed to work together and grow together.

So who can you connect with and form a group of Godly STRENGTH FINDERS?

"Dear Heavenly Father,

I ask for You to send me the right people,
To be in my inner circle,
To be my wise counsel,
To point me back to You.

Send me Godly STRENGTH FINDERS,
As iron sharpens iron,
To grow together in You,
In faith and discernment,
In boldness and kindness,
Bearing all your fruits,
To be holy and pleasing to You.

In Jesus name, Amen."
