When leads come through Seize the Market, they are properly routed to the agent you desire by email and text alert. They are instantly notified so they can respond immediately and convert at a high rate. We thought big when creating our lead routing system to accomodate for a variety of scenarios.

- Round Robbing Schedule
- This is the type of lead route that most are familiar with. Every new lead goes to the "next in line".
- Shift Schedule
- This is a much more sophisticated lead rout that is aware of time blocks. This allows you to have a predictable and controllable schedule when routing your leads. Agents who have control over their schedule have control over their business. This supports the whole notion of time blocking which is a core practice among top producers.
- Additonal "CC" (carbon copy) Email Alerts
- If there are any additional agents or admin that want to be copied on the new leads, you can custom configure the lead route to do so. Example scenarios: You may have a lead manager that needs to be copied. Team Leader or sales manager may want a copy of all leads, etc.
