Let's Snuggle...
Have you had someone you just loved being around?
Just their very presence made you smile and warmed your heart.
In your mind, hold on to that feeling of puppy love.
Remember how satisfying it felt to just snuggle,
Just to be with that person,
Ahhh...
So good.
What if that's the way God feels about you?
What if God just wants you to hang out with Him?
Just spend time with Him...
Let's snuggle, He says.
Our God is the only God out of all the other God options in the world that wants to SNUGGLE with us.
Other "gods" think of humans as disposable pawns or slaves.
Other "gods" don't care whether you succeed or fail.
Other "gods" make you earn way to level up.
But Jesus, Father, Holy Spirit - they hunger for OUR presences.
By FAITH we are SAVED.
How cool is that?
So if you're grateful for all the GOOD that God has done for us in our lives... spend a little QUIET, SOLITUDE time with God and chat with Him. Ask Him questions and listen in silence for answers.
Let the silence hang.
Be comfortable in peace and silence.
"God cannot speak to an unquiet mind."
Technically He can, but you won't hear Him.
"Peace be still" in your mind and snuggle with God in silence.
Can you do that for 5 minutes?
You can even set a timer. ^_^
"Dear God,
Grant me the desire to desire you.
Help me carve out 5 minutes to snuggle with You in silence.
Give me the strength and the will to follow You.
