Dear Heavenly Father,
You are the ORIGINAL recruiter.
I want to recruit LIKE You,
I want to recruit FOR You,
But I don't know how,
But here I am.
You have brought here for a reason,
To do something beyond my imagination,
Beyond what I can even ask for,
But I need You to do it.
You are the best BUSINESSMAN in the universe,
You are the world's greatest business COACH,
You are the ultimate marketing GENIUS,
You are the wealthiest INVESTOR,
You are my business PARTNER,
And I ONLY need You.
Show me a new way to recruit,
Show me a new way to grow the brokerage,
100% within Your will,
In a way that DELIGHTS You.
Give me FAITH to believe in You,
Give me STRENGTH to lean into You,
In ALL things,
Including recruiting,
Including growth,
Including vision for the future.
I call upon your promise that,
"What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the human heart conceived, what God has prepared for those who love him".
Lord, show up and show off,
