Prayer for Recruiting with God
Dear Jesus,
I want to recruit with You,
I don't know how,
I don't know where to start,
But here I am.
I trust that You have brought me here for a reason,
I trust that You have a plan far better than mine,
Beyond my imagine,
Beyond what I can even ask for,
But in order to step into that future,
I need to do it with You.
I declare that You are my business partner,
I declare that You are the world's greatest business coach,
I declare that You are the ultimate marketing genius,
I delcare that You are the wealthiest investor with the deepest pockets,
And I only need You.
Forgive me for doing things my way,
For not consulting You in the details,
And not treating You as a valued partner.
I come before You to recommit my business to You,
Declaring my business as YOUR ministry.
Your will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Use me to move the kingdom forward,
Use me to recruit the right people to Your ministry AND Your kingdom.
Open doors that no man can shut,
And shut doors that no man can open,
According to Your plan,
According to Your delight.
Show me a new way to run the brokerage,
Show me a new way to recruit and see people,
Through Your eyes,
To see one's heart,
As you see them.
Bring about divine encounters,
In Your perfect timing,
By Your perfect plan,
I surrender it all to You.
Give me strength to believe in You,
That you care about recruiting,
That you care about growth,
That You are the best businessman in the universe.
I call upon your promise that,
"What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the human heart conceived, what God has prepared for those who love him".
Lord, show up and show off,
Show me something new,
Something no one has seen yet in this industry.
Rocks this industry through me,
Let Your kingdom reign in real estate,
The marketplace needs You,
I need You,
Send me,
Use me,
As you please,
