- How many agents do you have?
- Average production per agent?
- Your ideal target agent's profile (production, trajectory, characteristics, etc)
- How many agents have you recruited vs lost last year? What was your goal?
- How many agents have you recruited vs. lost this year? What is your goal?
- How many agents do you want to recruit in the next 12 months?
- Why is that goal important to you? What would it enable you to do?
- What are your 3 greatest recruiting challenges right now?
- What strategies do you use for recruiting? What do you want to add or improve?
- How would you self-rate your recruiting systems?
- If you could wave a magic wand, what do you wish you had for recruiting that you don't right now?
- In general, for the next 12 months to be a 10 out of 10, personally and/or professionally, what needs to happen?
