How quickly you can go...
From a place of serving people to being number #1.
From providing for family to dominating the market or neighborhood.
From having a pep in your step to grinding and forcing.
From joy and flow to obligation and drudgery.
I've been there, many others have too.
It may sound like. "I'm #1 in the market" or "I don't want to grow" or "I never have enough time".
Whether its pressure to perform or limiting beliefs - it happens quick.
Language of mindset can shift gradually without you noticing.
It can be a sneaky little sucker.
So my thought to you is this...
You have very fertile ground in real estate.
What's growing in your ground?
What is healthy vs. destructive?
What is joyful vs. painful?
In this land of opportunity we call real estate, the freedom we have on our business also comes with great responsibility - not just to your clients but yourself, your health, your facility, your purpose.
Don't get lost in the overgrowth of the fertile ground your in.
Cut things back that harm you, prune the abundance and don't lose yourself in the competition, greed or pride.
Don't keep producing when you know you need to prune and get organized.
Don't keep working weekends to hit #1 while your family is missing you.
Don't get lost and think there's no way out.
