Your Purpose Formula (The Missing Piece)...

Isn't it funny how our goals and purpose change?

In my teens my purpose was to make money so I can fund my hobbies.
That's it.
I just wanted to have fun.
"Girls just wanna have fun." (music tune) ^_^

In my 20's, I was exposed to real estate and my world expanded beyond anything I knew and my purpose was to be a insanely wealthy real estate mogul.

In my 30's, I became further exposed to bigger business ambitions and I basically wanted to take over the world (in a manner of speaking) ^_^.

The point is...

Our purpose and dreams change over time.

However, one thing was common between those I looked up to in the past...
Those with multiple private jets,
Worth $100's of millions of dollars,
The chase never ends.

When you think you've reached one mountain top,
There's another one to climb.
A man's million dollars is another man's pocket change.
Where does it end?

I do know a path we all cross...

Seeking purpose.
Meaning.
Something bigger.
Not just about self.

Money and success won't motivate you forever.
It will not fill your soul.

That's why you need a "Purpose Formula" that will never fail you.

[ You + Business + GOD = Purpose ]

"God who fulfills his purpose for me"

Most people's formula leaves God OUT.

The problem is...
Your plan cannot even begin to compare to what God has in store for you.

Your vision is child's play, a drop in the bucket compared to what God has planned for you.
That's how AWESOME a plan God has for you.

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."

So here's a practical point.

Do you want a SHORT CUT to purpose?

Ask God.
He knows the SHORT CUT.

His way IS the most EFFICIENT route.

"Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand."

However...
By our actions, is God really god or not?

By our actions, do we belive HIS ways are higher than OUR ways?
By our actions, are HIS thoughts higher than OUR thoughts?
By our actions, have we really surrendered our hopes and dreams to God?

What do your actions say?

"Dear God,
Help.
I'm tired of the chase.
I'm tired of wandering.
Teach me how to surrender.
Teach me how to seek You first.
Teach me how to follow You into greater purpose and impact in this world.
Come into my heart.
I invite You.
In Jesus name, Amen."
